Pond skimmer, keeps your pond surface clean and free from dirt. The Pond Skimmer floats in the pond and sucks dirt such as leaves, dust and algae from the water surface.

Installation
Place the Pond Skim in the pond, allowing it to float on the surface of the water, and plug the power cable into a socket-outlet. The Pond Skim will move around over the water surface. It can be held in a fixed position by weighting the power cable. The Pond Skim vacuums up water from the surface, capturing coarse debris on the filter basket and fine dirt in the foam sponge.
The filter basket and foam sponge can be dismantled easily for cleaning.
Maintenance
Check and clean the filter basket daily. Clean the foam sponge weekly by rinsing it with clean tap water. The cleaning interval depends in part on the amount of dirt in the pond. Replace the foam sponge annually. A replacement kit is available from your dealer. Remove the Pond Skim from the pond in the fall before the start of freezing weather to prevent frost damage.
