Colombo Natura Water Lily Soil consists of natural raw materials with clay as the main ingredient, which guarantees you the right nutrients needed for well-rooted, beautifully flowering lilies with beautiful leaf formation.
Instructions:
- Fill a large pond basket (> 20 cm) with Colombo Natura Water Lily Soil to about 5 cm below the edge and press the soil down well.
- Plant the lily so that the top of the rhizome / tuber is a few centimeters above the soil.
- Then wet the soil so that all the air goes out.
- Then cover the soil with 2-3 cm Colombo Natura Gravel or Substrate so that the soil does not wash away in the pond.
- Place the lily in a sunny place in the pond at a depth between 40 and 80 cm, depending on the type and size of the lily.
TIP: After 2-3 years, the growth of the water lily will slow down because the amount of nutrients in the soil decreases. Use 3-4 Colombo Nature Plant Tabs yearly for new nutrition!
