Airlift sponge filter for aquariums up to 50 litres.
- Simple but very effective biological filter. Useful bacteria attach to the sponges converting harmful ammonia (NH3) into nitrite (NO2) and nitrate (NO3)
- The sponge acts as a grazing meadow for shrimp
- Safe for shrimp and newborn fry, as they cannot be sucked into the filter
- Easy to connect to an air pump (SuperFish Air-Flow 1 (100 L/h))
Height adjustable through telescopic exhaust pipe, easy installation with a suction cup
Tip: Clean the sponge with clean tap water, never use detergents!
Always place the air pump above the water level or use a non-return valve to prevent the water from entering the air pump.
