Installation
Make sure the air pump is in a dry, moisture and dust-free place, protected from rain, splashing water and flooding.

Make sure the air pump is in a dry, moisture and dust-free place, protected from rain, splashing water and flooding.
Do not install the pump directly above the water, so that it will not fall into the water in case of free fall. Place the air pump level on a stable surface at a minimum safety distance of 2 metres from the water.

Always position the air pump above the water level otherwise the pump can fill up with water as a result of the siphoning effect. No warranties for damages caused by the air pump getting wet or water fill inside the air pump.
Connect a reinforced air hose to the pump using the supplied rubber coupling fitted with hose clamps.
Switch on the pump by plugging it into the power outlet.
NOTE! Do not lift the air pump by the filter cover.

To do this, loosen the screw(s) in the cover(s) and remove the cover from the air pump.
Remove the air filter from the cover en clean it. Replace the cover after cleaning, do not over tighten the screw to prevent damage to the thread.
Replace the air filter every year. A new air filter is available from your FujiMac dealer (art. N7010585: FujiMac 40, art. N7010595: FujiMac 60/80/100/150/200/250/300)

Diaphragm replacement
Replace the diaphragms every year or when the pump produces less air and if the diaphragms are damaged. Diaphragms ware is normal and is not covered by warranty.
In the event of damage to the diaphragms or the compression chamber (valves), the Auto-Stop Function will engage (does not apply to FujiMac 40) and the air pump will stop. Solve the problem by replacing the damaged part(s).
New Diaphragms sets are available from your FujiMac dealer (art. N7010590: FujiMac 40, art. N7010600: FujiMac 60/80/100/150/200, art. N7010605: FujiMac 250/300). Please note: the FujiMac 150, 200, 250 and 300 models need 2 pair of Diaphramps sets!
Always Unplug the device from the power outlet before performing maintenance!

Remove the power cable from the 3 hooks.

Remove the screws on both sides from the casing. Remove the nuts and take a the diaphragms of the body.
Make sure the replace both sides of the diaphragm/casing assembly at the same time. Neglecting this note make cause early breakage of the diaphragms!

Place the new diaphragms, using the new nuts (tightening torque about 1 nm). Insert the casing air outlets into the grommets (make sure the grommets are not flipped over). And fix the casings with the screws on both sides.

Place the cable back behind the hooks.

Close the cover by fixing the cover bolts by using a 8 mm box wrench.

Make sure to carry out a test operation and ensure that the air pump works properly after replacing the diaphragms!
