First, mount three mirrors (with pallets in the recess) on the frame, then place the entire unit on the support.
Place the spacer and then tighten the Bird Scare onto the support.
This device is equipped with a built-in lithium-ion battery (800 mAh). The battery is recharged via the solar panel on the top of the Bird Scare.
Before using the device for the first time and in the lack of sunlight, you can charge the device using the supplied USB cable (which you can connect to a 5 Volt USB charger) 1.
Charging the battery with a USB cable should always be done indoors.

Installation
Determine the location for the Bird Scare near the pond, with as much sunlight as possible so that the solar panel can be charged.
Place the Bird Scare and switch it on by pressing the black button 2 on the bottom. The volume knob 3 can be used to set the desired sound level.
The Bird Scare only emits sound during the day when there is sufficient sunlight. During the night, the sound is automatically switched off. The device emits different sounds at intervals (60-90 seconds) to prevent animals from becoming accustomed to the sound. This, in combination with the rotating mirrors, has a deterrent effect on herons and other birds near the pond.
