BactoPlus Filter Start

BactoPlus Filter Start contains a very high concentration of living nitrifying bacteria. Each millilitre contains over 8.000.000 of these bacteria. Nitrifying bacteria are responsible for optimum filter performance in biological filtration for ponds, their function will create a healthy environment for fish and plants. By using BactoPlus you can either establish a colony of bacteria in reduced time or maintain the colony in existing filters. Directions for use: In case of filter start-up or raised ammonia and/or nitrite values: Daily 15 ml per 1.000 litre of water each day for 3 consecutive days. After cleaning the filter or after water changes: Daily 10 ml per 1.000 litres of water during 5 days.

Maintenance: 10 ml per 1.000 litres of water each week. Temperature of the water should be at least 10°C, if temperature is below 10°C dosage should be doubled. Shake well before use. Switch of UV and ozone equipment for at least 24 hours after administering the product. The cap contains 15 ml. Store frost free and out of reach of children. Best before: See bottle.
